Sod Replacement and Installation for East Orlando and surrounding areas

Sod, Lawns, Turf, and Grass!

Considering replacing your lawn?  St. Augustine or Zoysia lawns can thrive if installed and cared for right. Bahia grass can also look amazing. If you want long term success with your lawn, you have come to the right place.

A beautiful lawn is a critical component in the landscape. That is why it is important to understand what it takes for the new sod to grow into a beautiful turfgrass. I make sure you understand requirements and challenges.

Pictured to the left is a large Winter Springs property we installed over 60 pallets of Zoysia and it's looking beautiful more years later.  We do it right, so you only have to do it once!

Understanding your lawn

Think about this: What has happened with your lawn, historically? Have you or others you know spent thousands of dollars replacing it & managing it only to wind up in the same position again: It doesn't look good. Let's break that cycle so you can take "replace sod again" out of your annual budget.

I'm not just going to show up, take some measurements, and hand you an estimate. As part of the design consultation, we'll get down into the details and figure out the formula that will give you a successful lawn.

Sod isn’t always the best option.

Why not consider a different approach this time? How many times have you paid to replace that lawn?

As the owner, I spent two years+ on a thesis study for my Master of Science degree at UF involving the establishment and care of St. Augustine lawn grass. One thing I learned: There is a formula to keeping the lawn looking great. If you’ve had consistent problems in a specific area of your yard, maybe we can talk options.

I will help you check all the boxes when it comes to developing a plan for long term success in your landscape.

PLEASE NOTE: I only do sod work in conjunction with design projects. I do not bid on straight sod replacement jobs, nor do I give free estimates or consults for this type of work.

If you would be interested in a design that incorporates sod, I would be glad to help.
